The Finance department is responsible for all aspects of the preparation of financial reports used by the Board of Directors and the ACMH management team to determine the organization’s current financial condition and to plan for the organization’s successful future. Finance also prepares the reports required of hospitals by both state and federal governments. These reports confirm that we have received the correct reimbursement from government agencies, verify our tax-exempt status and provide statistics that are used to benchmark ACMH Hospital against other healthcare facilities and the healthcare industry as a whole.
Payroll and Accounts Payable are two other areas within the Finance Department that are familiar to ACMH employees and the hospital’s vendors.
Enter ACMH through Entrance E and immediately turn right. Turn left at the end of that hallway (next to the entrance to Human Resources). Follow the hallway straight ahead, passing the Medical Records Department, the Billing Office, and the Volunteer Services Office before arriving in the Finance area.
