Nutrition Services

The Nutrition Services Department is responsible for providing high quality nutritional care to our patients, staff and visitors at ACMH Hospital. This responsibility includes:

• Maintaining food safety standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.

 

• Offering nutritious food choices that promote health and well being, and providing comprehensive special diet instructions for a variety of medical conditions.

In addition, the Nutrition Services Department is a major player in disseminating up-to-date information to the residents of Armstrong County and surrounding areas regarding the role of nutrition and physical activity in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
