The ACMH Foundation initiated the Tree of Life Program in 1991 to provide another manner of giving. The Tree of Life, located in the ACMH lobby, stands as a lasting tribute to individuals by families, friends, and organizations.
Any individual, group or department may become a benefactor of the Tree of Life program. Benefactors may purchase a brass leaf on the Tree of Life for a donation of $500 or a bronze stone for $1000 or $2500. The leaves and stones will be inscribed according to the benefactor’s wishes.

In loving memory of my mother Jane Doe, by her son John Doe.
In honor of my son John Doe, by his mother Jane Doe.
