ACMH Hospital Foundation, the Obstetrics Department, and the Auxiliary coordinates this hospital-based program to provide parents in need with an infant car seat that meets the state regulations. The only requirement is that the mother is a patient at ACMH Hospital. Contact the Volunteer office at 724-543-8142 for more information.
The Auxiliary is very active in its fundraising efforts for the hospital. Annual events include the Tree of Angels holiday display in the lobby, the fresh Georgia pecan sale each fall, and various vendor sales, such as uniforms, handbags, books, and many others. Seasonal drawings are featured in the main lobby of the hospital. The current drawing is for a 50” plasma TV with a video stand. Some of the past drawings have been for a summer backyard fire pit and accessories, Steelers baskets, Mother’s Day baskets, and many more. All proceeds from fundraising events benefit ACMH Hospital.
