Health Information Management Coordinator
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Health Information Management or related field required
- Knowledge of medical office procedures required: coding, transcription, chart/medical record management
- Understanding of core function of HIM (such as document management and imaging) required
- Must have ability to maintain increased knowledge of professional issues that affect HIM department along with a health records release of information

Reimbursement Specialist (ArmsCare)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have minimum 1 year previous healthcare experience in a billing or collection capacity
- Must have familiarity with current rules and regulations of insurance companies
- Must have/demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of collection procedures
- Must possess the ability to communicate tactfully and effectively
- Computer operation knowledge required

- Must have one year high school or post-high school accounting or one year accounting experience
- Previous hospital insurance billing experience within the last 6 months preferred
- Three years work experience in a hospital business office may substitute for accounting experience
