The Armstrong VA Outpatient Clinic offers services to Veterans in an outpatient setting. The clinic is a joint venture between ACMH Hospital and the Veterans Administration.. Through this office, Veterans can receive care in a facility that is close to their home. The physician, nurse practitioner and nursing staff works closely to provide compassionate, quality care for every veteran.
The Armstrong VA Clinic is located on the second floor of the Klingensmith Drug Store building at 313 Ford Street, Suite 2B in Ford City, Pennsylvania. The office is accessible by elevator.
