The Infection Control program works to provide a safe environment within the hospital for patients, visitors and staff by preventing the spread of infectious organisms or diseases. The department also strongly feels that by reaching out to the community with education and other outreach programs that we can help to prevent the spread of illness and improve the quality of life for residents of Armstrong County.
