2D is one of ACMH Hospital’s most versatile units. Our nurses are adept at caring for a wide variety of patients – from infants to the elderly. Unlike many hospitals where patients must share rooms, at ACMH, our patients enjoy the luxury of private, single-patient rooms. 2D is a 29-bed nursing unit that specializes in the care of orthopedic, neurosurgical and pediatric patients. We also care for medical/surgical patients.
The unit’s location is convenient to both patients and visitors. For patients, the unit is readily accessible to the Skilled Nursing Unit, the inpatient physical therapy gym, Acute Rehab and patient elevators. For visitors, it conveniently neighbors the cafeteria.
