Graduate from an accredited OTA School
Current Pennsylvania license with biennial renewal or recent graduate prepared to sit for State Boards
Daylight:  7am – 3:30pm/8am-4:30pm 
Inpatient/Skilled Nursing Unit experience preferred 
Current Health care Provider CPR card
