Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current Registered RN in the state of PA
 Graduate from an accredited school of Anesthesia
 Member in good standing with the AANA certification
Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, NALS  & Nurse Anesthetist certification
