Dr. Mitchell Patti graduated Medical school from State University of New York – Downstate in 1986. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
Dr. Patti completed his internship and residency at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital in 1986 and then Completed Fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital in 1989. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical care medicine. He provides treatment to patients who are critically ill and admitted to the intensive care unit in the hospital. His outpatient practice is focused on the management of lung disease such as asthma, emphysema/COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer shortness of breath and sleep apnea. He is the director of Pulmonary medicine at ACMH hospital and has been recognized by Pittsburgh magazine and Castle Connolly as a “Top Physician” in multiple years, most recently in 2021.
